We're having a stand at the lincoln big bike fest on 1st June and would like to hear form any of you who can spare the day and put their bike on display - ideally something trick and obviously HD !!

Count me in Mort. I've already applied to the Wolds Bikers for entry into the Vintage & Classic section, but more than happy to man the Club stand for a bit & have the XLCR on display outside. Where will the stand be? Where the bars/cinema are, or on the other side of the wharf?

just heard form the organisers

"With only a week to go until the Bike Fest, we are looking forward to yet another great day.? Maps have been drawn up and your stand will be within the Engine Shed area.? You can access this by turning off the B1003 into the university car park, opposite Toys R Us, marked on the map as The Sidings, (click link below for map but please ignore the red circle!)? Marshals will be at the entrance to this carpark from 7.30am to direct you to your pitch.

Stands and bikes must be in place by 9.30am and will not be able to move off site until 5pm for safety reasons. Parking for vehicles other than those attached to your stand, will be available in the university car park.?

Toilets and catering facilities are available in this area and the Engine Shed bar will be open.

Please ENSURE you have something to anchor your stand down on paving.

Club stands may only display or sell their own memorabilia.? If any other items are displayed which are obviously profit-making items for businesses you will be asked to remove these or charged business rates.

Please note that the club stands are not in the same place as last year, to get to them use the access opposite Toys 'r' us - see you there !

We've been given stand area so that we can expand / contract as members come and go - so the more the merrier and we are near to the bar too !!!

Will try hard to get to Sleaford Services for 8.30am but hang on (its a long way for us) if we are slightly late cus we wont let you down

Hoping to be there but have to go to work in the afternoon so will be parking with the punters.

just say you're with us - I've told the organisers that some of us might have to disappear early so that's not a problem, they are meant to have sited us so that the stand can expand / contract as need be as long as we don't take the Micheal .
