Perhaps I am looking for news in the wrong place. Why was a non member in the Naesby region chosen for distributing this news 2nd or 3rd hand? And what was the given reason for the cancellation? It's been bad enough with the misfortune for Mort and Sue without the rally being cancelled like this only one and a half weeks away. I hope this is only scaremongering but it seems doubtful.

I have just spoken to Mort and YES the rally is cancelled NOW.

The links from the front page and the flyer threads have been updated by me saying due to Morts RTC.

I too was confused why a non member gave the news out to Naseby field

Baza even though this is bad news, Thanks for taking the time and trouble to pull all this vague information together and let us finally know what's happening.

When we meet there will be a drink waiting for you (sooner rather than later I hope).

Before any one starts jumping on me. Iv'e just spoken to Mort who say's he will be posting the Official notice of cancellation shortly.

Also it's not just his RTA but there are other contributing factors which I'm not going into here.

Its a shame its cancelled as I have been away for the early rallys and I was really looking forward to this rally. I hope things are OK up there in Lincolnshire land.
