extraordinary general meeting

Following on from tonight's Wragby meeting (2 June 2009) it has been decided that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on 7th July at 8pm in Wragby.

The current regional officers will hold office until that time and will stand down at the above notified meeting where some have declared their intention to stand down.

Those wishing to stand for the position of regional rep or any of the assistant positions please let them selves be known to me asap via either phone or pm .

Remember you will need to bring your current valid membership card to vote.
