sometimes when i try to login i get the above message. i can logout and back in again and it will either let me in or sometimes i get the message again but eventually i can get in.

i know i have not been on the site much last year but i could move around it using a single click whereas now to double click in some areas to get around. not exactly a major problem but slightly odd.

Are you clicking the little box ''Remember Me'' when you put your username and password in?

Also if you have rejoined/joined the club you will not see many sections until you update your User CP from your membership card.

it happens irrespective of the 'remember me' being selected or not.

if you look at the screen shot i have posted you will note that although i get the message it still says i can log out so i guess i must be loged in (just i cant go anywhere).

once im actually in i can see all the site - its just the getting in bit that isnt quite right.

You didn't answer my second bit....

You are posting ok now but that message is surely when you are trying to access areas of the site for members only. [Club Members] not just sites user members guests/non members.

im a 'guest' not a full member - i was some two years ago but the agro in region 17 put me off. i had not even realised there were 'member only' areas but i now see there are 3 of them. i am not trying to access them.

this problem happend when i first try to log on. i enter the url in the address bar, press enter and get the initial screen for HDRCGB. i enter my name and password and then i get the message - but you will see in the top right that it says i can log out so i must be already in?!!???

if i log out and back in again i usually get to the sites 'opening screen' with all the options of 'classicied ads', 'various regions' etc

ive just noticed this screen also says 'forum jump' and i can use it to 'jump' to say the regions.

Do you click on REMEMBER ME?

BTW you join the club not a region, and things are just fine in region17, did you go to meets and get involved rallies etc?

no, i didnt use the 'remember me'.

oh and i can get into the members area - i didnt want to 'invade' so i have only tried the 'members chatter beer tent' which im into or is that for all members of the site including 'guest's like me??

I asked you to click the remember me box an hour ago!


I have just tried to log on in Helen's name on Int EX and put her name and password in but didn't click on the remember me box and i got the same message as you.

Logged out did it properly as i asked you to ages ago by clicking on remember me and hey presto i got in ok without that message.

PC lessons are not normally free.

Members beer tent is what it says!

non members and guest can use the original beer tent!

sorry m8 but i said i tried both with and without the remember me selected and still got the message.

i have just tried again with member me selected and not and still get the message for both.

although the site clear the cookies i am clearing then also just in case this is doing this.

anyway its no fag to login twice it just seems a bit odd tha its happening.
