But last time you entered them incorrectly

Make sure you put 2 zero's at the front even if different on the card ,and that your name on the card is same as you enter on user details ,

The only things that matter are the membership number, with or without zeroes, so 5923, or 005923 both work; and the security code exactly. From that I can work out when the card was issued, who too and for how long.

For associate members you need to put the 'A' in front: A123 or A00123

I know your working on this, however I did pay my dues on 27th March and still have not received my membership renewal status/cards etc.

Appreciate all the arguments around this being a voluntary club so am not hassling too much, it is over the 6 week threshold that I was 'told' to wait for when receiving a club patch last year, so would appreciate an update.
