I have paid my membership fee to join the club 4 weeks ago, is this normal ?

Sorry couldn't resist that.

It's normal when there is a postal strike on around the country and our membership secretary is a school bursar and we have just had a half term so she may of been on holiday. Usual time is 2-4 weeks turn round.
