| Not the usual ride out Only managed a short blast on Sunday to nearby Northants to drop off some of our rally flyers. I'd only gone about 500 yds and got to the first bend and a hold up. Several cars parked up and the drivers unsuccessfully trying to get an escaped lamb safely back into its field. Thought I may as well join in as I couldn't go anywhere anyway. So now there's about 5 motorists plus myself in leather, helmet & shades closing in on a now terrified lamb who's making frantic dashes anywhere it can to try to escape. It made one last dash towards me, stopped right at my feet and did a vertical take-off straight into my arms much to the amazement of everybody watching. Don't know if the lamb sensed my 'Welshness' and our er, affinity with all things sheepy or what but it made for an interesting ride out

| Re: Not the usual ride out What I’d like to know is:- Will EWE be SHEARING your lamb with your friends, it could be worth a MINT? Don’t let them FLEECE EWE if EWE do! Were EWE alright, good job it didn’t try to RAM EWE! Did the drivers FLOCK around EWE to thank EWE? I hope you’re not pulling the WOOL over our eyes, EWE do look a little SHEEPISH! ![]() Groan........I know I'll get me coat ![]() ![]() |
