Christmas meal

Hi all, here is the menu for the Christmas meal on the 18th of December at the White swan, Braybrooke.


STARTERS :

Homemade soup

Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail

Brie parcels

Hot peppered mackerel

Breaded mushrooms

Melon fan with fruits of the forest


MAIN COURSES: (all served with a selection of potatoes and veg).


Roast beef and Yorkshire pud

Turkey and stuffing

Lamb shank

Poached salmon

Somerset chiken (cooked with cider onion apple and cream)

Vegetable Wellington

Qourn stirfry (Chicken style).

Nut cutlets

Veggie lasagna


DESERTS:

Christmas pud

Profiteroles

Chocolate lumpy bumpy

Sherry trifle



All followed by Coffee and mints

If you are comingto the meal, please text back with your choice from the menu as we have to pre order. The cost per head is £19.95 and deposits of £5 per head will be collected at next weeks meeting at Isham. If you are unable to make the meet give me a call and we can make other arrangements.
