2 week parts delay ???

Unfortunately this means that their ordering system will be down from Saturday 30th of June 2012 until Monday the 9th of July 2012 for items not in stock with us.
We will however, still be able to process all of you orders with items that we have in stock.
Also, will not have any information on delayed parts coming from the distribution centre until their system is back up and running on the 9th of July. We will continue to give you our normal excellent service while Harley-Davidson improve their order processing system

So, this will effect all dealers if ordering parts.

Hmmmm..... wonder if this is why i can't get the pulleys needed for my 1200R to be fixed in France?

If so, and they haven't told me about this, fucks will fly.

I made sure everyone that visited the site saw this, and I know no one else is telling customers this very important information.

No one can order any H-D parts until next Monday anywhere in Europe

I can still search the dealer network (they have this information as well but won't tell you ) to see if anyone has the parts you need on the shelf.

Please feel free to contact me at work and I am more than happy to tell you what dealer has parts on the shelf for you should you need them quickly.

When i ordered my carb part the other week from Maidstone HD i was told about it over the phone, order it that day on a special or wait for around 3 weeks because of the work being done
