Bloody hell ron, thought it was abit tight round the waste Yep well on the mend now, will try and get down even if its in the car, dont think sabine will let me ride the bike, shit forgot she reads this ooops yes dear we will be going by car dear thanks people for all ur messages cheered me up

Hey i go to work for 5 minutes and there is all this talk about nurses uniforms steady on guys. Shall i go and fetch the cold flannel. Form an orderly line please lol i know im gona regret that comment. As for you jinxy back away from the bikes you can look but you'll need an ambulance if i catch you even switching one of them on and there will be no more nursing from meeeeeeee
