On either Friday night or Saturday morning before the ride out,, it is intended to hold an "Auction" either in the dance hall or the hospitality tent..

The idea is for any attending the party, to bring along something to "Auction" (You will receive NO MONEY) But every penny raised will be donated to "Julia`s House" the hospice for children. If you can donate something small it will be gratefully received,, New or unwanted presents, & usable items only please.

Please note all net profits from this event are being donated to.

Was planning on going to the Freewheeling bash this year ( Thanks for the offers of accommodation guys - appreciate it ) but having had a chat to Mo at length at our rally, seems the Dorset party, along with the bands booked, looks set to be a goodun with a worthy cause benefiting from the proceeds. As this is probably a one off, I shall be there to support it.
Can always do Kempen next year.

There are no more caravans for hire,
Anybody coming who would like the use of a large 2/3 bedroomed frame tent, save humping yours, please let me know, sleeps 6,, 2/3 bedroom annexes.. Users would have to erect and take down.
