| Heated Grips Just wanted let everyone know about the heated grips i just put on the Ully, highly recomended to anyone who rides all year round and doesnt want to spend £200 on Harley ones or waste there money on the pants oxford ones and the like. They are made by a US company called Symtec, used to be only available from the US (got mine from California Sport touring Motorcycle Accessories from California Sport Touring, Inc.: Symtec Motorcycle Grip Heater Kit w/round rocker switch ) but someone is now selling them in the UK (Motorcycle Tank Bags, Luggage, Panniers, Tail Bags, Seat Bags, Enduro Bags, for Aprilia, Benelli, BMW, Buell, Cagiva, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha, Off Road, Enduro motorcycles) Anyway the best bit about them is they are not actually a set of grips, just the heating element and the asscoiated wiring, you take your existing grips off, clean the bars, peal the super sticky backing of stick the elements directly to your bars/throttle tube and then put your grips over the top. This means you can run custom grips and still have warm hands in the winter, also means that they are extremly discreet and dont spoil the look of the bars etc. Heres a pic of the kit ![]() They have two settings Low and high and having now used them for the last couple of days (just to test them out) they are fantastic, i have had a few bikes with factory fitted heated grips including a BMW GS which apparently has the best heated grips possible and IMO these are as good if not better than the BMW ones, and definetly better than any other grips i have tried over the years (oxford etc) The kit comes with either a toggle switch whitch IMO looks pants or a nice neat little black rocker switch so make sure if you do get some to get the correct switch, piece of pee to fit and come with everything you need including all terminals, cable ties etc etc etc. Highly recomended!

| Re: Heated Grips Cheers Neil - at £37 they've got to be worth a try...... The main problem I have in winter is cold, throbbing fingers I have to stop every half-hour or so and hold my hands on the engine to thaw out ![]()
