Motorbike riders can sit directly onto the pad and obtain the benefits of the pressure relieving gel when seated for long periods. We have sold many of these items to people who either wish to have these gels installed inside their seats or simply place them on top. They can be cut to any size however we recommend they are sealed after with tape or cling film.

I got one of these. Highly recommended, sorted my arse for 10 days riding in Spain I'm sure mine was cheaper through M & P tho.

I am sure there are cheaper ones and as there are dearer ones but I have always believed you get what you pay for.

And being supplied from a medical centre for patients in wheelchairs, bedridden etc I reckon they will be of the best quality.

The only reason they do them for bikes is a neighbour of a person that has one for his wheelchair saw them and as he is a bike rider he got in touch with them to see if they could 'do the business' for us bike riders.

I fitted one of these from DanMedica in my seat.

It definitely improves comfort.

I pulled out the staples from under the front half of the seat, rolled back the cover and the foam rubber, slipped in the pad and refitted everything - A1

After a 400 mile ride over two days to Yorkshire and back I found the seat very much more comfortable

and HERE are the fitting instructions I did.

Looking at the website, the pad they do is listed as 250 * 330 * 180 * 18.

The widest part of my mustang is 300 and 180 down is 200 wide. Will the pad be too big?

I have asked the company if they do a smaller one; however wonder if anyone else had fitted one of these pads to a similar seat and what their experiences were .. I would like to get to the bottom of this ..
