Re: Blower for after Bike Wash.

I bought a Bosch leccy leaf blower, made the mistake of trying it out in the back room..........kinell they do blow hard SWMBO was not amused.

You do need to be careful where you aim it because it will blow water into places that water could not normally get to. However they are excellent fot the big bits and the wheels and calipers

Re: Blower for after Bike Wash.

Careful with these things fella. It's claimed in the "blurb" that it's blowing out at 120mph, just imagine if it picked up some dust and/or debris from the garage floor what it's going to do with your cherised paint work.yeah, instant grit blaster.
Also you've probably already got something that blows hot air at home anyway (no not the missus) but her hairdryer will do the job just as well and you ain't got to buy it and it's a lot quieter and kinder to your bike too.

I Got a Silverline blower for Xmas, looks just like one of the bike specific dryers from the US and it works great.Cost about £18.You can get them on Ebay, but there cheaper elsewhere.
