welcome geordie, i was never into clubs as a rule been on bikes for 25yrs now ,but having met quite a few of these good folks in the flesh, it was good to find like minded people who dont give a flying ferk,and i have made friebds that will last a lifetime, well the ones i owe money too,lol;) enjoy the site, and the information givin out ,a lot of pretty knowledgeable people on here, who will help at the drop of a hat ,im not one of them right enough

Picked up shiny new xl1200l this morning. made me smile even with the little nip in the air it was fun. have to get used to the brakes though as not quite on par with my dirt bikes. clutch lighter and gearbox not notchy as i expected. sound is just about right with se air filter dynojet and harley performance pipes. now need to go steady and run in gently ready for the warmer weather

I brought the 883 Low in December and am still running it in......suggest you definately join this bunch. I got the years free membership to HOG - and got the welcome pack last week! it only took 3 months to reach me Welcome to the site and enjoy your bike

surprised how small it looks now its out of the showroom. went to have a little ride at lunchtime couldnt disable the alarm so sirens going off everywhere. Next time listen when dealer says press the button twice to disable and once to enable .
going to have to slope off work early just to freeze again
