sorry Mac there are no mates' rates really...Mick is booked solid most of the time, he could raise his (very reasonable) rates and still be doing great.

He only discounts if you are staying for a couple of months or so..... and it does happen.Regularly. The chippies, brickies etc love the joint.

it is worth it though.....a real community asset.....ferk the Spanish City!!!
