Thanks to everyone for their kind words regarding my (lack) of gymnastic skills. Turns out, following a belated trip to A&E, I've a fractured right elbow & I'm currently enjoying a few weeks off work. Bonnie has just about stopped freaking out after realising I rode us 60 miles, or whatever, back home with a broken arm, well, what she didn't know at the time couldn't worry her!

I fractured my kneecap in December doing the same thing. Guess we don't bounce as well as we used to! Will you be able to make the meeting on Wednesday?
