hello lads

yer - a cracked rib or two will heal in time - bloody hurts tho !

did feel a bit of a plonker - but hey - my bike is ok (or so i,m told) aint seen it yet !!

hope to be up and running ( all be it slowly ) by wednesday next - off to Ireland for Irish bikefest in Killarney
