Ride to Walesby

A few of us are planning to ride to Walesby together on the Friday.
This is going to get sorted at the meeting in Wrexham next Sunday, but just to get things rolling, and for those who can't make the meeting, lets have some ideas on here.

Off on holiday on Saturday for a week in sunny Porthmadog so keep us posted of where, when and what you guys decide. A couple of suggestions if you could mention them at the meeting for me Mog, I'd like to ride a route that went via The Cat and Fiddle either that or Snake Pass.

Oh, and we need to decide how to sort out how to draw the two free tickets.

Baza put forward a suggestion that someone uses the tickets and at the rally all region members pull straws as to who the lucky winners are. The winners then get paid by the people who used the free tickets. Sue needs to give out those two tickets to someone at the meeting so they can be used in this way.

Ok Jon, your suggestions are noted. Do you have any preference or limitations regarding a starting time ?
Have a good time in Porthmadog, love it there, Borth y Gest is a special favourite.

Will meet up on the Sat nite an draw the names then. The gate would be a good place to meet say 7pm?

Last time you posted you weren't sure if you were going, just making sure that the tickets will be in Walesby and not Wallesey!

Mog, a mid-afternoon start would be good. My suggestion would be 3pm at the Ponderossa but I can manage anywhere at 1.30 as long as it's within half an hour of Denbigh- gotta work the morning no matter what.

Worry ye not young man...they will be there...even if I have to pass them on to one of you lot!! Lookin good so far...the Girls Mum only has 4 hrs a month contact now an its not over the Bank hols...so fingers crossed!!

Mid afternoon would be good for me to coz I gotta work as well

the tickets would be no good in wallasey, we only trade in hardware.....hub caps...radios.cd players...... shiny stuff.

just making sure that the tickets will be in Walesby and not Wallesey!

Its alright for you lot travelling on the friday, riding wind in your face squashed flies in your teeth. I've got to be there in a van on the thursday with the products.

an you can travel down on ya bike Friday! Car or Van were goin Thursday!
