I'm planning everyone meeting at Forton before 9.30, refueling, photocall and a quick brew if need be before setting off from Forton around 9.45am at latest. Need to make sure we arrive and get the bikes in place before they close the roads at 11.00.

The more the merrier with May Day, so if you know any riders who might be up for it, give 'em a shout - tell 'em it's on behalf of our Ride for Life charity, coz I'll have the buckets with me again.

just been cleanin me bike and eeeeeek just noticed have deep splits in my front tyre sidewall ,proberly caused by the dozy oik hitting my front wheel last week
so im off to harley shop to see if can get one or if not sorry penrith is off for me as carnt take chance of front wheel blow out on m6 two up

hope they have one as dont wanna let peeps down but also dont fancy hitting tarmac again so watch this space !!

Why not meet us at Forton on the M6 before 09:30, or is Forton going to mean you double back on yourself? Not sure where you live but you'd certainly be welcome.
