Region 6 AGM.

Hi Everybody.

Has any date been set for the region AGM ?

If not, could I put forward Thursday October 19th as I am free that
night.

Or will it be held at the next meeting day, Wednesday Oct 4th.

Also has any thing been put forward on the agenda ?

Hi Dave,
AGM will not be on october meeting, but it will be discussed, I spoke briefly with Rodbod a few weeks ago and january was mentioned, as we will be advertising it in the quin, as so every member knows, as many members do not have internet access, the last agm was december, if it is december again I will have to see if we can get it published in quin intime, that is why it may be december, I will email you any relevent details after october meeting, cheers Paul

The next deadline for the Quin is the 1st November and anything sent before the deadline should get published around the first/second week in December.
