Engine and Tender, Broome. 24th/26 July

To anybody who does not know next weekend is our informal gathering at The Engine and Tender,. Broome, near Craven Arms. post code SY7 0NT The Landlord charges £5 per person per night, so far I know of about 30 people that are going from various regions, if you fancy i give me a bell or a pm so I can let the landlord know of the numbers in case he needs extra staff ect, toilets and showers are open 24 hours, transport yourself, family kids on whatever, Maggie (missus) brings the car car and everything but the kitchen sink, usually have a rideout on saturday or go into Ludlow for a beer, so hope to see people there, cheers Halfwrecked.
ps this is an informal do so normal HDRCGB insurance is not provided, so it is a family as well as bike orientated gathering,

Ah that explains it! I phoned the pub earlier this week to book in for camping - the kids like going there to Scrivs Vintage Rallies.

I was told there were some Harley riders expected there this weekend so it must be you lot. Mebbe see you all in the pub - I'm the dodgy looking one..

Hi Karl Hopefully we will be there Thursday evening, I will keep an eye out for you, there are a few kids of different ages coming with my wife and her friends from work, my kids are 26/27 but my grandson will be there he is 7 and I think the other kids are 13/14 ish. so maybe some will be a similar age to your kids. see you around Paul.

Thanks to Paul and Maggie for arranging this - nice venue, nice people, weather was fine for most of the weekend. Good to meet some of the NW members and those from elsewhere too.
