out for a wee run passing entrance to supermarket landrover comming towards me as we were almost level she decides to turn in next thing i am laying on the road like a sack of tatties then i hear the imortal words"I AM SORRY I DIDINT SEE YOU"sportsters seem to be built well only damage i can find is brake lever bent missing indicator lense and battery cover could do with a respray i landed on top of it i think the foot pegs saved the bike no damage to pipes or any thing else as for me broken ribs and the usual bruises o well of to ebay

Sorry to hear of your bad luck m8, bloody car drivers should be made to ride a bike before being able to touch a car, then they would appreciate some decent road and driving skills

I think that if you have had to ride when none of us could afford a car then you certainly read the road surfaces and watch other traffic a lot more closely.

Dont know where you are in region 1,but up on this island you can be lulled into a false sense of security with the quiet roads and stuff

Up here they just seem to drift out out on you,but the attitude up here would be "I've been pulling out here for years,and there's never been a bike there before"
It's interesting when there is a frost,it appears if you clear a 4inch square on the screen they will still have all round vision
