4 days off work comeing up a ride out has been mentioned john o grouts some 1 said ........well now we are all sober it's that or sit'around eating chocolate' so im expecting 2 b wet cold & misrable maybe even snowed on??? so come on u lot up there give us a wetherforcast 4 easter in the highlands (lie if u have2) looks like we will b comeing tho!!!!! Hi drunkenmonkey you have said it all yerself, wet,miserable,cold maybe snow, even blizzard , sunglasses and brolly, yes you will need and should expect all of these things when visitin' gods country

Fact is when you are ridin along freezin yer yacks off wishin yae had stayed at home ................then suddenly the sky clears and the sun comes oot .................................. yer in seventh heaven singin 'born tae be wild' from beneath a smile from ear tae ear then you will be glad yae made the effort

Probably better to avoid the A9,drumochter can be very grim in winter ( it's winter all year round there).you should be OK on the A90 to Aberdeen then A96 to Inverness,I think the bad weather ,forcast for the w/end is coming from the west.
just the luck of the draw this time of year,last saterday was dry and reasonably warm on the Black Isle ( just west of Inverness )
