| Farr Gala - 22 August 2009
Just a quick note to say a few of us will be at the Farr Gala, South of Inverness - near junction of B851 & B861 with the bikes trying to raise funds for Connecting Young Carers, formerly Highland Carers Project. We will have a small gazebo (as it will probably rain) and anyone can get their pictures taken on one of the bikes for a small donation. If the weather is good, we may do some rideouts, as that way we can get a bigger donation. The Gala is nothing major, but if anyone is out and about for a wee "scoot" then why not pop in, and say hello. We are also trying to raise enough money to take a group of the Primary School Carers to Landmark at Carrbridge next Easter.

What are the times HH? Dependent on some other stuff, might be able to take a run up from Perth (love that road to Farr over the moor from Findhorn Brig). Forecast looks fine, as long as we got home before the monsoon at night. No promises, but possible. If you'd made it next weekend, you could have had a couple of thousand...
