Dan don't you remember we get our renewals in the Feb quin. In your case in March...LOL

Nigel is a new member and joined in Nov so either it has not gone through which he should know from his bank details, then if it has it should be sent out separately. The thing is joining in November does not mean you get it in 2 weeks as per normal because the membership does not start until 1st Jan Nigel.
