could not get on to renew membership on line,tried and tried,no joy so sent cheque,got demoted back to apprentice,cant gain any access due to no membership,the card turned up today,with 12 months membership,had paid for 18 months,wheres my 18 months or wheres my money,bill pettit,apprentice.

Bill hold on mate I sent you a pm last week after you contacted me and showed you what to do and this was it:

Membership
If you have renewed your membership please update your profile here and enter your Name, Membership No, Expiry Year and Security code off your membership card.


If you have renewed, but are waiting for your new card, please enter 2008 in the expiry year and 2008 in the security code. Once you have received your new card please update your details to match.

As far as 18 months membership the membership runs for one year from Jan - Dec each year. Your membership ran out Dec 2007 so you can only get another 12 months!

The 18mths is for people who join us in July each year. To find out where your £15.00 extra that you paid speak to Mitz our membership secretary (inside your quin..contacts) who would have processed your renewal.



When you have updated your profile (2008 and new security number) by clicking HERE as in the message above and on pm last week let me know you have done it and I will reinstate you to the status you have paid for.
