Photo`s disapeared ?

I put a few photo`s of the South Central Rally, and everything was ok.
Today I tried to put some more on,, I had a red line that was showing full, so I deleted all the old piccys, and put some more on with a write up, previewed post everything ok then submitted, got sent but when I looked no photo`s, and even the ones I put on yesterday have gone..
What have I done wrong,? someone has told me about another way of putting photo`s on,, but being a bit thick I cannot work that out either..
