gallery problem?

when i try to view the 'gallery' i get :

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in C:\websites\hangout\gallery\pp-inc.php on line 185
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database. [$php_errormsg]

prob. a temp glitch!!
