Membership Renewal

Has anybody else suffered problems renewing on line?
I hadn't written down my password from joing up in 2007 but as I use a common thread for all of them, I can usually figure it out.
I couldn't here though, so ended up re-registering as a new member with my alternative e-mail address, rather than renewing my existing one.

Mike I moved you here just because you live in the region your question will get the correct response in the right place.

I hope you put in your membership number 8932 into the form otherwise you will show as a NEW member!

You could of always used the download forms and renewed.

The password for the joining/rejoining is a completely different set up to the forum site here. So maybe you used a different password than here when and if you ever logged out.

As you say if anyone can't remember their password then yes we would all suffer problems renewing.

Send an email or call Mitz (contacts in the quin) and tell her you form will show like a newbie but quote your membership number.

i couldnt renew online either - i did hit the button for forgotten password but received no reply, so i have sent it by snailmail.

Oh shit!!!, I think I've f*cked up as well. I used the online form...couldn't remember my password, hit the button for forgotten password...got no reply, so then used the one for the forum. It started to continue with the procedure. I then got put through to paypal, gave my money and got a receipt.
Have I paid and not rejoined properly.
When will I recieve my new membership card if I've done this correctly?

Wouldn't accept my post code, which is strange as the Quin gets here OK. Sent the message to the Membership Sec as per the webpage, can I do anything else until I get as response?
