Posting on the forum - do members' posts have to be approved?

Hi,

please help -
As a guest - whenever I post on here, I have to wait for the post to be authorised by a moderator, which can mean a lengthy delay - especially if i've got the bike in bits and need a fast answer.

As a member, is there still the delay, or is a post on the forum immediate?

Not all section Tim just some and we are carrying out a trial period on the Tech section.

How come every post or thread I start in whatever section is moderated ?

This one wasn't? Just seems you post mostly in the ones that are and have always been like 'New Stuff' and 'Stolen' and 'Suppliers'. So if you read the link in the post of mine above all is explained re the trial period in the techy section.

Have I been naughty? cause I just posted a reply to the French Owls post about the 60th and was told that it had to be approved???

essjay read above posts some areas have always been straight to moderation even before the trial tech section
