Bunkhouses at Walesby

As you'll all have read in the Quin,we have provisionally booked the two lodges which are available at the site, similar to the bunkhouses at Mersea Island if you've done the Essex Poker Run. They are a mixture of sizes from 4-bed to 8-bed, and will cost £10 per person per night, that's £30 each; bear in mind that this is extra on top of the entrance fee. Both lodges have cooking facilities and fridges, one has"en-suite" toilets and the other is adjacent to a toilet block. These prices are at cost, in actual fact a fraction below cost so we're not robbing you!

I will be taking bookings for them on a first come, first served basis; what I suggest you do is book the room as a region or group, and then "sub-let" it as you need to.

Please note;

1) You pay the Club for the room in full when you get there.

2) You book by phoning or e-mailing me. I need your name, region, contact phone number and which room you want.

3)There will be no part-lets or refunds; it is entirely up to the person who books the room to ensure that all beds are taken on each night.

4) No you can't pay by credit card or Paypal ; but we will accept cheques made out to "H.D.R.C.G.B."
