Hi All

I'm the fiance of the guy who died on Sunday and I just wanted to say thank-you to all of you who have posted tributes, I'm finding so much comfort from them. I'm a Harley Girl myself. My partner was an experienced rider and loved every second on his bike, and if his time was up that's how he would have wanted to go. Please please all you bikers ride carefully. And all you car drivers watch out for us bikers as we all have family and friends who love us and you cause so much suffering when you take us out. xxxxxxxx

We have been friends for 32 years, and we never had a cross word. That says a lot about the man. Thanks to everyone for the kind words, they mean a lot.

Three friends just out having a ride on a nice Sunday. Going nowhere special, just riding. You ask yourself if you were being silly or taking a chance, and the answer is no, it was just the wrong time and place and circumstance. We had a great weekend and he was doing what he loved, riding his bike, out with his friends. No point in thinking about 'if only' or 'what if', sadly fate caught up with a lovely bloke.

We will all miss you mate, but will never forget you, and the Harley stays, as you would have wanted. Rich

Have known him all his life - a born and bred biker. From speedway and motocross up to his Harley. A tragedy took place on Sunday, and so many people who loved you are heartbroken. R.I.P. little brother - love you forever.

It's truly heartbreaking news.

One thing I forgot to mention is just how special the emergency services were, from the Paramedics on scene, the plainclothes copper who worked to minimise our distress and let the paramedics work, the police who turned up in their hundreds and were fantastic, and finally the Resuscitation team at Harlow A&E. In the end they lost him, but they tried with professionalism and utmost care and were sympathetic to our own shock and distress.

If any of you see this, Sincere and heartfelt thanks from a distressed biker.
