 Another Death: Female H-D Rider Killed in Rutland Sunday 12th Oct

BBC NEWS | England | Leicestershire | Bike crash victim is identified Bike crash victim is identified A female motorcyclist from Nottingham who died in a collision in Rutland has been named by police. Alexandra Miller, 45, was on the B676 in Buckminster on Sunday afternoon when her Harley Davidson motorbike was in collision with a Land Rover. The driver of the Land Rover, a 40-year-old man from Leicester, was arrested and later released on police bail pending further enquiries. Anyone who witnessed the collision is urged to contact police.

This is very close to home for us. The area is one of our regular routes for a "short run in the country" type of ride out. If she was a regular to the area and to Sycamore's, I'm sure we would have met her at some time. Our deepest condolences go out to all her family and friends at this desperately sad time. Maybe in time it will become of some comfort to remember her doing something she loved on one of the most beautiful, sunny days of the year. Rest In Peace Sasha Deuce and Jo
