With an all-new, water-cooled engine, the Sportster range was believed to be ready for a substantial up-date, this Flat-track replica being an additional model in the line-up. Although modified versions have appeared in a Harley catalogues using Screamin' Eagle after-market parts, this famous Harley racer has never seen regular production in street form, although several other marques have offered similar models.
