street rod front pulley removal

Can anyone give me some advice on removing my front pulley on my street rod. I have sockets but they won't fit on the center nut. Is there a special tool for this job and if so where can i get one at a reasonable price. I also want to replace the orange rad cover for new ones and the chrome front rad trim does anyone know a reasonable dealer to supply these the covers i would have orange or chrome even ally if need be
