| V-Rod Mileage
FYI - Many of us 'rod-riders complain at the bike's limited mleage on the OE fuel tank (cell). After miles of research and dare-devil stretching of the limits I have deduced that a standard V-Rod Revolution engine, stage 1 tuned will deliver ten miles per litre of unleaded. That obviously equates to 100 miles per 10 litres fuel, and this was at 'lively' motorway speeds. Despite the bike's warnings, fuel warning light, needle glowing red and diving like a stone, I have just had 123 miles from the last fill-up. Anyone do better than that? Go on, dare ya!!! Rod Bod

About 170 rod  Aorund 150 the fuel light comes on  19 litre tank obviously  |

I once did almost 43 miles on a V-Rod before my disguise blew off and I had to get off it! 200 miles to a tank on the Street Glide

Fitted as standard Rod (07 rod )02-06 $400 on v-mod http://www.v-mod.com/shop/viewCategory.asp?CID=525 Not sure about the price of the ricks tank but I think its around the same.
