fixing kits for shocks and seats again

Firstly does any one know where i can get chrome or stinless bolts to fix my rear shocks on the street rod I did get some from vmod but they ar to short seems vrod and street ros differ.
Also anyone know someone who can alter my seat without asking some stupid over inflated price like some of the ones i've contacted lately.
