got to start a thread about something..........

ace riding morning, t-shirt and leathers at 7.00am, nice way to start the working week......should have paid closer attention to the weather forecast, waterproofs came on at 6.00pm 5 miles outside Cheltenham, rain turned into spiked rods on Stratford by-pass, couldn't see out of the visor and a river for a road. Pulled over under a bridge of 5 mins and still some tw*t spalshes you for fun

Rain eases off to "normal" and yet 1 mile form the M40 and the same again, pull over in layby and shelter under tree.

10 mins and the road is no longer imitating the Severn.

Nearly home and front wheel slides a bit on a corner when I hit a manhole over, MAN I LOVE MY VENOMS! they re-gripped and I got home.
Boots worked. Waterproof one piece worked. Buff kept the neck dry and most water from running down my neck but my hands are black form the gloves getting a soaking.

And the bike never missed abeat and re-started both times.
You know it's England in July.
