what security

seeing as there is nothing else here, i thought i would start the ball rolling.
what sort of security do you use for the bike? alarms, chains, disc locks, ground anchors, etc.
i use a bloody hefty chain and lock(cant remember the make) around a lampost at the min, but am looking at getting one of those bike sheds.

Big Almax chain, ground anchor, garage with alarm and PIR. Always put steering lock on and lock ignition. Not that I'm paranoid.

Do a search re Almax chains, anchors etc. Think they in suppliers also. Highly recommended. Do a deal for HDRCGB if you ask nicely an all.

truth is if someone wants it bad enough they will have it.
personally my RK is fitted with a datool veto which was one of the top alarms when fitted.
now the new datool alarms, can be upgraded for another £140 A; to send a text message if the bike is disturbed
B; to be able to be tracked and located via the
internet.

We now have Lojak available for bikes over here. I have it on one of my cars, and will be looking into it for both our bikes.

Data Tag, Lock/Chain + Dog in an alarmed brick garage with renfoced door.

and if they get passed that lot there's always my trusty shotgun.
