But I would add............ 'Only to club members'

Because anyone could come in here and ask how to disable an alarm so no pm's to non members please.

Re: H-D Alarms......

……thanks, chaps. I have a 2003 Fatboy and I want to completely remove the MoCo alarm and immobilizer. If anyone has done this, or knows how, I would be grateful if you’d pass the information onto me. Please note: I do not want to disable it, I want to remove it.

.......and maybe as Roger said, this might not be suitable for open forum so feel free to PM or email me.

Re: H-D Alarms......

I have a 2002 Road King I would love the alarm to work when I want it to rather than it setting itself at every time the ignition is turned off for more than a couple of seconds epecially when working on it, I know on the 06 model it can be turned off.
Please PM me if you have any info on how to do this.

Thanks

you have a pm re your new membership.

Plus nothing wrong with the alarm setting itself when you turn the ignition off (ie petrol stations etc etc).

But what you do need to learn is how to put the alarm in **Service Mode**

This you would also need to do when and if ever you are on a ferry or being transported. (Breakdown) NOT on a trailer going on a long journey...

.........another pm sent......on putting in Service mode.

Re: H-D Alarms......

Bazza - could you email or pm me the intsructions for putting my '05 Nightrain into Service mode. I haven't a clue how to get it working even though I've followed the instructions on the card that came with the bike. It just neber seems to work for me. I set the thing, start work o it and the bloody alarm goes off. It's really annoying.
