You can upload with a post, but the garages are only available to Club Members. You can post to the galleries:

How are you trying to post your picture? Are your adding to your post, or through the gallery?

how do I post a piccie to accompany my posts in the beer tent
I thought the new site was sposed to make it easier.
someone posted some nice instructions with piccies a while back but they dissappeared the following day.
now on over 2000 posts and I want to post a piccie.
so come on somebody, it cant be that hard maybe even I could do it I`ve got loads of pics to show.

When you write into the message box LOOK under the box and you will see manage attachments. Click on that and follow the instructions when loaded click on the paper clip button above next to the smiley face and hey presto.
