Hi Guys. Finally managed to log on. For those that don't know me, my name is Jules. I have been happily married to Chris for four years and we have four children between us. Two by a previous marriage. We have lived in the village of Iwade, near Sittingbourne since 1998. I work as an Engineer at the St. Regis paper mill, and my hobbies are riding and restoring Harleys and music. Just want to say what a great bunch of people you all are and thanks for making me welcome.

Hi i'm Pat 61 years young, live in Canterbury married with two sons Graeme 20 no interest in cars or bikes, and Matt 15 nearly 16, he can't wait to ride, pass test and get on a Harley.
I'm currently working in my third job in 46 years now with a major Ventilation company in sales, no interest in packing up yet.
Used to play bass in band then became sound engineer, both sons now play drums and lead Guitar.
Purchased first Harley my 1996 Heritage Softail Nostalgia Special in 2003
In 1996 H D made just under 6K for American Market and 2950 for International market,not that many about.
Enjoy being part of R17 and everyones friendship.

Hi, my name is Brian and I'm new and still have water dripping from behind the ears. 59, married with 2 grown up kids and recently took early retirement. I was born in Petts Wood and in all those years have managed to move 2 miles to Farnborough (kent) but most will know the area more as Orpington - hi Big Cee.

I rode bikes from when I was 18 until about the mid '80s and until recently had a vintage british bike (1936 ariel 600 ohc) which was polished a lot. Just sold it so I thought I'd get something different (why can't bikes all have the break on the left).

Hi everyone,
Thought I'd say hello, been riding for the last 2 years after a 30 year lay off. Currently ride a '91 VFR750.

Just ordered a Softail Custom from Shaws for March 09 (my first Harley). I've also added a Brawler seat, V&H Big radius pipes,Fuel pack and Stage 1 kit.

I test rode the nightrain the other week to get a feel and was hooked straight away.

I hope to meet up with you all once I've got the bike.
