Been asked to pass on by Al, he has 12 passes for anyone wanting to show their bikes at this event, this will get you free entry to the show (plus Truckfest). We will be setting up on the Friday afternoon, hostility tent, marking out our pitch ect, if anyone can help out that would be great, camping available of course Fri & Sat night. Dont forget this is now at Detling, dont go shooting up to the Hop Farm.....

Just to let you all know, all 14 (not 12) passes have now been allocated, however we can get some more if anyone still needs them, there is a charge for more though, Contact Al if you want one, looks like quite a few will be camping Friday night, We have been given quite a large pitch so should accomadate a dozen or so bikes with ease...

Im arriving at 2pm (ish)Friday with the club tent ect, Al will be there too, If anyone wants to turn up from then on,then you are welcome,If you dont have a pass allocated either phone me or Al, or send me a PM and we can sort one out for you,try to do this as early as possible tho please.Although I guess we could probably squeeze any last minute people in.

OK, last call for GEMS..I think all that wanted/asked for wristbands have been sorted, So Il be meeting Al on site at 2pm, if anyone is coming Friday,we will be setting up stand ect. If you are arriving Saturday please be on site before 9am as we have to be set up before the punters arrive...now all we need is some nice weather....yeah like thats gonna happen.......

With ref new tent, Darren has ordered this and it is hoped (fingers crossed) that it may be with him on Friday morning (Hooray!)

If this is the case he will call me and I'll put a call through to Chris L and Big Al straight away.

If there's a problem with getting in up to Detling I'm happy to take this up in the car later in the day (Els driving) as I bring up the Sportster to put on the stand.

There's a good chance that the tent may not be as as much as was thought, in which case the balance may be able to go a long way to paying for the banner. Will this be ready for Detling?

All coming together...
