I think a vote of thanks is owed to Kevin who got the ball rolling on this one! Well done mate.

Despite the appalling weather and the Ace ride that never arrived, there was a great atmosphere and real sense of camaraderie between all who were there: -

Big Al, Chris, Janie, Kevin, Cut throat, Pat, Little Bill, Ann, Darren, Cindy, Colin, Rod, Vanessa, Ian, Spud, Jan and me and I've no doubt forgotten somebody... (Oh yes our man who rode down from Sheffield - no joke).

Ten bikes on a stand when no HOGs show despite Foundry being two stands along is good news for Region 17 HDRCGB. Mind you twenty of our number showed up on Foundry's open day last week. Great stuff!

And we clubbed together to pay for the new tent. Thanks Darren!

A good feeling - and the best is still to come.
