What time are we setting up for the Pitch and Party next thursday? I can be there from lunchtime.

I'll be asking people to sign up for gate duty times over the weekend , so have a think about that and we'll start the rota when I arrive on Friday.

I probably won't be there until late afternoon on the Friday, so can I ask who will be able to do a spell on Friday afternoon?

john i will be there early on friday (spoke to Al earlier today) so will probably be sitting by the gate with a beer in my hand for most of the afternoon
