Hijacked!!

Anyhow, this thread is supposed to be about finding out who would be interested in going to the Essex Rally, 'The Poker Run'.

Having done it a couple of times, it's usually a good weekend and not too far from home.

Easy, head for Colchester, turn right.
If you get wet feet, or hear a splash, you've missed the road on to the island
Hope to see you all there

ps. Check tidal times for when you anticipate arrival time.

JohnT, Sound like you are getting soft buddy... 'not too far from home'...!!

Should had been at Oz, bloody freezing Friday night, Pissing it down Saturday Night and generally bloody cold... I decided not to wash, the extra layer of dirt added insulation....

And you were tucked up nice and warm under cosy duvets...!!

Re: Essex... Go for it!

The pub before The Strood is a great place to wait for the tide to go out if the road is flooded, I usually go in a few pints even if it isn't flooded
