Sunday 31st Rideout - VMCC Racing Lydden

The rideout diary 2008 shows vintage racing at Lydden this weekend.

They're racing Saturday and Sunday.

All being well suggest we meet at McDs as usual at 10am, go to breakfast at H's Cafe and then over the road to see some racing.

Who's up?

Well, all I can say is you should have come with us to H's then the VMCC racing.

To be honest, since this was planned I can't understand why we didn't all breakfast together at H's and then go our separate ways if people didn't want to see the racing, since Lydden was already agreed beforehand.

Breakfasting at H's and at Gliding club just seemed to split the numbers.

Why?

Hey ho...

We had a good time anyhow.

Enjoyed your company Colin, Yvette, Kevin, Bill, Ian, Craig, Pat, Darren, Gaz... As always.

We could have come out for brekkie. There's a big difference between McDonalds (wherever that is) and wherever you lot are going.

Re: Sunday 31st Rideout - VMCC Racing Lydden

Yeah I do kinda agree with what your saying, having said that Im not a great fan of H's, especialy for having brekky, too many racers = too long to get served, and as I wasnt coming out today to begin with, any ride was a good ride.
Regarding split groups, again I totally agree, but 9 times out of 10 we always have a long ride group and another that wants a closer ride, always gonna happen, espec when a good number of bikes turn up.

Ah the wonder of the web, not sure if Im getting your drift here Troy, But I think your saying...(apologise if I'm wrong) that had you have known of brekky at the Gliding club you may have joined us, it was a spur of the moment thing, the racing was on the official agenda.
