Sittingbourne Speedway

Earlier on this year we had a corporate day at Sittingbourne Speedway Club at Iwade.

Although its run down its was a brilliant day and everyone really enjoyed it even guys who hadn't ridden before.

Good tuition, reasonble boots and helmet.

And about 24 laps each in rides of 4 laps each, could had been more but an experienced rider came off injured himself.

If I could 10-15 people interested, I will check out the rates.
But I would need a bit of commitment first..

What do you think....???:60277EB7B04744289 C0

Re: Sittingbourne Speedway

Sounds good to me, came close to being thrown out an aircraft at Headcorn last weekend so Id be up for this. However in these cash strapped times cost will decide for many, me included. As for jumping on a bike with no brakes surrounded by solid wall and sh1£ flying everywhere ,its just like yer avereage ride to and from work

Yep count me in.

But I agree with Kev. We would need to have an idea of costs. Sounds like great fun though. Can you imagine the pictures?

Cheers Jules,

We need a maximum of 10 riders.... come on its a gas..!!

We all think we are Barry Briggs or Mike Broadbanks and in truth we aint ('cept possibly Kev 'Agostini' Bolden).

We will all make fools of ourselves, but at least we improve at the end of the day...

Re: Sittingbourne Speedway

Sounds like a laugh. Will I have to adjust the tyre pressures on the Glide?
