Ah Sunday...

Ah Sunday indeed... Looks like a washout.

Anyhow I don't have brakes, gears or pegs at the moment! Kev's working on my forward controls, eminent person that he is.

But hey ho looks like tea and cake in the garage from 1.30pm. Cut throat wants a billet brake fitted.

Re: Ah Sunday...

This is probably the fourth "Garage Party" we've had thanks to John n Els. They serve a great purpose in as much as in this weather out in your garage on ya Todd work on the bike just doesnt do it. However with a good bunch of friends around what was a of a chore becomes an excuse for throughy good conversation and a great laugh with friends as well as getting the bike seen to or four bikes in this case, with everyone helping out whether it be wealding spanners, passing spanners, steadying the bike, taking the p155 or the important job of suppling plenty of teas, coffee, cake, soup, sponge and custard. At a time of year when club events are at a low our Garage Parties are looked forward to. Only today have we made plans for the next one when Pats Nostalga comes in for the tea n cake treatmentAnother great day to add to the record. Thanks

Re: Ah Sunday...

Pat,
The screen will fit a standard Sporty. I'll give you a hand if necessary. After all both Bill and I had it fitted on both of ours.

Good to see you all today and thanks to Kev for his kind words.

I agree, the 'Garage Party' seems to be keeping us active through the non-rideout days, with plenty to fix, lots of willing help and still the opportunity to enjoy good company.

We look forward to the next one.
